These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our salon services, website, and booking system. By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our online services, you agree to these Terms. 1) Services Nails By Jess provides nail care and related salon services. We may update, change, or discontinue services at any time. 2) Appointments & Cancellations Booking: Appointments can be booked by phone, text, or through our online booking system. Cancellations/Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows & late arrivals: If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service and may charge a fee. Deposits (if applicable): Some services may require a deposit to hold your spot. Deposits are applied toward your service and may be forfeited if you cancel late or do not show. 3) Payments We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Square, Stripe). 4) Refunds & Satisfaction We want you to love your nails! If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can discuss a solution. Because salon services are personal and time-based, we generally do not provide refunds. Products purchased in-salon may be eligible for exchange if unopened and returned within 7 days. 5) Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your appointment. If you have signs of infection or illness, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients and staff. We follow professional sanitation and hygiene standards to protect your health. 6) Photos & Social Media With your consent, we may take photos of your nails to use in our portfolio, marketing, or social media. If you do not wish to have photos taken, simply let us know. 7) Personal Belongings We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items in the salon. Please keep valuables with you at all times. 8) Texts, Calls & Emails By providing your contact information, you agree we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates by text, call, or email. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply. 9) Limitation of Liability Our services are provided with professional care, but we cannot guarantee results will be identical for every client. To the maximum extent permitted by law: Nails By Jess is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
